This Week at Cross Church | Time Change and Joel Rosenberg This Week
Move Your Clock Forward One Hour on Saturday – Time Change on Sunday, March 11
This Saturday night, move your clocks forward one hour before you retire so you will be ON TIME for church on Sunday morning, March 11. We must encourage one another to be faithful on this day. We have multiple worship services available for you.
Joel Rosenberg on Sunday, March 11, at Pinnacle Hills and Springdale Campuses
Best-selling author and an advisor to national leaders in Israel and America, Joel Rosenberg, will be our speaker this Sunday morning at all services at Springdale and Pinnacle Hills. He will speak to us about the earth-shaking events in the world today from the Word of God. The title of his message is The Gathering Storm: Will I be Christ’s Ambassador in a World of Darkness? He will talk about the Unites States, the Middle East, Russia, and beyond. You will not want to miss it. For those attending Fayetteville Campus, Pastor Nick will deliver the Word of God, and in Neosho, Pastor Chris. Pray for them.
Israel Trip Meeting with Joel Rosenberg
If you are already committed to going to Israel with us in July or you’re interested in going, please come on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. to the Chapel at the Springdale Campus. Joel Rosenberg will meet with us regarding travel to Israel and answer questions about the Middle East. There is still time to sign up to go with us, but our sign-up window is closing rapidly. Anyone can attend the meeting, but if you are going to Israel with us, it is imperative that you join us Sunday night. I hope to see you then.
14 Services on 4 Campuses on Easter Weekend
On Easter Weekend, Saturday, March 31, and Sunday morning, April 1, we will have fourteen worship services on our four Cross Church campuses. This is a tremendous opportunity to reach people who have never been with us before and reclaim those who have slipped away. We want to reach thousands and thousands of people on this weekend. Invite. Pray. Invite again. Pray more. Let’s make this 2018 Easter Weekend the greatest in our history. Here is a list of our service times on each campus.

Be Faithful Financially
As we enter Time Change Sunday and then back-to-back Spring Break Sundays, be faithful financially. Please give when you are here and when you are not here. Consider setting up recurring giving, and remember, you can change it any time you decide. If you prefer to give by check, mail it to the office on the Sundays you are away. Financial stability is very important in a ministry with a $20 million budget. Additionally, remember in this next four weeks, give to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions. We each need to support reaching our own nation for Jesus Christ with our 51,000 other partner churches across our beloved Southern Baptist Convention family.

This Week at Cross Church | Busy Spring Ahead
Strong Opening Day at the New Fayetteville Campus
We give God glory that on opening day at our new Fayetteville Campus, we had 4,240 people present, with 66 decisions for Christ. The staff team and Dream Team were amazing with great energy toward one common goal: Reaching Northwest Arkansas, America, and the world for Jesus Christ. That evening, 100 people returned for the Growth Track session. The Lord is at work and we give Him praise! Listen to these words of encouragement Pastor Nick shared right after the service. Congratulations Fayetteville!
Let’s Have a Great Day on Every Campus This Week!
Great opportunities abound for each campus on Sunday, March 4. Let’s invite folks all week, contact members who have slipped away for a few weeks or have been ill… it’s time to come back to church! Our campuses are each unique, but all share the same mission of reaching Northwest Arkansas, America, and the world, as well as our non-negotiable values:
- People Need Jesus
- People Need Each Other
- People Change the World
- People Leave Legacies
This is who we are and what we are about. Join us this week!
“What Now?” A New 4-week Series Begins Sunday
WHAT NOW? This is our new 4-week series from selected passages in the gospel of Mark. This series will take us all the way through Palm Sunday, March 25. We believe this will teach us the Word, provide encouragement in our walk with Christ, and serve as a great tool to call others to Christ. Invite someone to join you and we’ll see you Sunday!
3 Prayer Priorities for America in March
I would love for you to join us in these three prayer priorities for America in March. I pray through these needs regularly myself. I do hope that you will join us in praying through these priorities for our nation at least once a week or even daily. I think you will find each of them to be important. You can see them here.
Joel Rosenberg Comes to Cross Church
On March 11, we welcome Joel Rosenberg to our 9:15 a.m. service at Springdale and 10:55 a.m. service at Pinnacle Hills. Joel is a best-selling author and expert on the nation of Israel. You do not want to miss what he has to say.
At 5:00 p.m. in the Springdale Chapel on March 11, Joel Rosenberg will be joining Jeana and me for a one-hour meeting regarding our trip to Israel this summer. If you are signed up to go with us, don’t miss this meeting. And if would like to go to Israel with us in July and haven’t yet signed up, come!
See You Sunday!
