This Week at Cross Church: Cross Church Circle and More

Pastor, Blue PoloGod was in the House this past Sunday at Cross Church. Wow, how the Lord moved in our midst. We unveiled the Cross Church Circle, which is our new intercessory prayer ministry that we are launching October 1.

Response was Phenomenal to the Cross Church Circle

Yes, response was phenomenal to the vision of the Cross Church Circle. I mean folks, it was God-sized! The Lord moved mightily upon the hearts of people as we preached from Isaiah 62. If you missed the sermon on Isaiah 62 from this past Sunday, September 1, please watch it here.

CCCircleLogoWhat happened with response thus far? As of this time, we have had 2,619 people sign up to participate for thirty minutes a week in the Cross Church Circle! This is supernatural! God is doing something in our church. When we start praying by the thousands for thirty minutes a week, by the monthly Prayer Guide, there is no telling what the Lord will do.

Please take time to sign up and be a part of the Cross Church Circle today. You can also sign up on Sunday in worship. I cannot wait to see what God will do when we kick this ministry off Tuesday, October 1.

For the Next Two Sundays

This coming Sunday, we will be preaching from Acts 17:16-34. I hope you will pray for the message. What a powerful passage of Scripture. The following week, we will be preaching from Acts 18:1-22. These two passages wrap up Paul’s second missionary journey. When we have worked through these two passages, we are going to take a break from Acts for a period of time. We will pray and seek the Lord accordingly.

Pray Now for Our Senior Pastor’s Prayer Gathering

In my message this past Sunday, I shared about an upcoming Prayer Gathering that we are calling for Senior Pastors of SBC churches. It will be on the evening of September 30 and morning of October 1. I need you to come alongside of us now, praying for this gathering. As of right now, we have 146 Senior Pastors from 24 states across our nation. God is up to something. Please pray now for this gathering. I hope many of you will gather that evening or morning in groups, praying for this significant gathering.

Bring someone with you to church this week,

Ronnie W. Floyd
