EP 7: Life and Leadership Today with Guest, Bill Simon
In this episode, Ronnie interviews Bill Simon, Former President & CEO of Walmart US. While Bill was at Walmart, there were over 4,500 stores in the U.S. with 1.2 million employees. Bill was responsible for $290 billion in his part of Walmart, which provided two-thirds of the sales and 85% of the profit in the company. He also served 24 years in the United States Navy, 5 of which were in active duty, including combat in Operation Urgent Fury, the invasion on Grenada. What Bill talks about today is transferable to your life and leadership.
