This Week at Cross Church | Moving Forward Through the Messiness of Family Matters

This coming Sunday, we will conclude our series called #HelpMyFamily. This has been a great journey for our church, and God has spoken truth into our lives.

#HelpMyFamily-Messy#15BCBAAOur final message

Our final message in this series this Sunday will be: “Moving Forward Through the Messiness of Family Matters.” Without any question, family life today is messy. Realistically, it has been messy ever since the Fall in the Garden of Eden. We often bemoan our day, but just think: Cain killed his brother Abel, David’s family has some pretty big dysfunctional moments, and Eli, the priest, had two sons that were wicked, offering strange fire in the presence of the Lord. These are just a few illustrations; family life has been messy for a long time.

Yet, God has a word for us. He provides us a way to go forward through the messiness of family matters. Join us this Sunday and bring someone with you.

CCNightofWorship-twaccCross Church Family Night of Worship, Sunday, March 16

This coming Sunday at 5:00 p.m., the entire Cross Church Family will meet at our Pinnacle Hills Campus. On this evening, we will have incredible worship and Bible preaching, as well as license and ordain several ministers of the gospel. It will be a grand ninety minutes. Do not miss it!

Childcare will be offered from birth through fifth grade. With Daylight Saving Time, you can easily get your children home long before dark. In fact, you could use the time afterward to connect with others over a meal or fellowship together. Make Sunday night special this week.

Spring Break is coming

A few days from now, Spring Break will begin. For some schools, the break has been altered due to their having to take so many days off for inclement weather. If you are in town on the weeks of March 23 and 30, be sure to join us at one of our Cross Church locations.

Pray For Me

I appeal to you, please pray for me. Besides my calling here, I have several other things demanding my time and energy. They are all good things, but I need your prayer support.

Quite honestly, I need prayer from our people today more than ever before. Please rise up and pray for your Pastor. Thanks to many of you that already do consistently. I am most grateful.

Yours for the Great Commission,

Ronnie W. Floyd
