This Week at Cross Church | Today is the National Day of Prayer

Today is the National Day of Prayer

Unity-NDP 2018 Theme

TODAY is the National Day of Prayer. Across our nation from Maine to Hawaii, thousands of gatherings will take place, with people of all denominations, generations, and ethnicities participating in unified public prayer for America. Participate in a prayer gathering near you at some point today and invite others to join you. You can search for one here.

Please pray for me as I lead in multiple venues today. It is a great privilege and responsibility to lead the task force that calls America to unified public prayer for our nation.

Tonight, join us for the National Observance of the National Day of Prayer, live from Statuary Hall in the United States Capitol. Our Fayetteville Campus will open at 6:00 p.m. for the live broadcast of the service that begins at 6:30 p.m. If you would like to watch from home, you can find it on the DayStar Television Network or on nationaldayofprayer.org. We will hear from the Brooklyn Tabernacle Singers and UniVoice, as well as Priscilla Shirer, Sammy Rodriguez, H. B. Charles Jr., and Frank and Sheri Pomeroy. Join us as we pray for America.

“I Want to Change” Continues This Week

I Want to Change-twacc1

I will be back in the pulpit this Sunday as we continue with our series in Romans entitled I Want to Change. Engage at your campus as we teach from Romans 8:12-28, and invite a friend to join you.

Remain Faithful This Summer

As we approach the summer, be sure to remain faithful to give back to the Lord at least the first tenth of all He has entrusted to you. Ministry does not slow down in the summer. In fact, we are busier than ever. From VBX on our own campuses to local summer outreaches, the Compassion Center and Hope for the City, camps from elementary to high school, and mission journeys across the world, ministry is in full force. Your giving funds our mission to reach Northwest Arkansas, America, and the world for Jesus Christ.

Mother’s Day is Coming

mothers day 2018-twacc

On May 13, we celebrate Mother’s Day on all of our campuses. We will have Parent/Child Dedication, and photographers will be on hand to provide a free photo for every family. Bring your mom and celebrate with us on Sunday, May 13.

See you Sunday,

Ronnie W. Floyd
