This Week at Cross Church | Halfway Through Summer
Vacation Bible Xtreme is Wrapping Up Today
Each of our campuses conclude Vacation Bible Xtreme today. Pray with us for a successful conclusion. We are thankful for our dynamic volunteers who have been serving the Lord by serving these children and families this week. Also, we are so very grateful for our Cross Church Staff Team who has led and invested in this week. Of course, our prayer has been for many to come to Christ and for families to be reached for the Lord by reaching children. We are always grateful for the dynamic experience of investing in others.
Our Genesis Series Continues This Sunday
This Sunday, we will continue our summer series on the book of Genesis. The Lord met with us strongly this past Sunday, and I believe He will again this Sunday. Pray for Sunday and invite others to join us.
Helping Your Family Financially
On Tuesday, I had the privilege to interview Chris Brown on my 22-minute podcast. We talked so much about helping families financially. I believe you and your family will gain something from this podcast. Please listen and share it with a friend.
Pray for Our Cross Church School of Ministry
On July 30, 10 minutes of our worship services will be spent in graduating our present group of Cross Church School of Ministry Residents. As we launch them out into the world with our blessing, we also are working toward the next group who will be preparing to join us in August. This past week, our new President, Dr. Edward Upton, wrote an article that I believe will bless you. Please take a moment to read it.
Summer Giving Continues
Thank you for all you are doing to forward the gospel of Jesus with us this summer. Your weekly financial support is lifting the message of Jesus here, across America, and the entire world. Thank you! Continue forward with us. We still have half of the summer before us, as we give all the way through Labor Day Sunday to meet this terrific need. These weeks are critical, so please be faithful and always know that God will always bless us when we obey His Word.
See You Sunday,
Ronnie W. Floyd
